According to Ethnologue, 7,117 languages are spoken in the world today. While we can’t offer Skills Network in seven thousand different languages, we believe that, with your help, we can provide access to the Skills Network in some of the most widely used languages.

IBM Developer Skills Network private deployments are available in many countries around the world and our learners speak many different languages. Our goal is to offer site navigation, administration and learning process in the languages important to our learners, content authors and site administrators. We have made it very easy for anyone to help translate Skills Network user interfaces in to just about any language. For user interfaces created by IBM, we have a Skills Network Translation service (powered by Mozilla Pontoon) that makes it very easy to translate menus, labels and other UI elements for both learners and administrators. If you wish to help Open edX community to translate LMS and CMS user interfaces, please consult Open edX documentation.
